In-house Promotion includes :
  • Display of promotional literature of client institutions, including brochures, CDs, DVDs, pull-up streamers, posters.
  • In-house Information Days and In-house Interviews.

External Promotion includes :
  • Talks or presentations at selected local colleges and schools.
  • Consultations in colleges.
  • Roadshows and Interview Circuits.

2. Advertising and Promotion :

  • Provision of advice to client institutions on strategic advertising campaigns.
  • Selection of media and frequency of advertisements.
  • Image building and maintaining profile of institutions.
  • Follow-up on response to advertisements and promotion circuits.

3. Consultancy Services include :

  • i. Identifying Market Potential

    • Our strength lies in our comprehensive knowledge of the education industry in Malaysia and our close Links with local institutions. We are highly regarded as an education consultancy. In addition to promotion and recruitment support, we offer market insights which are invaluable for overseas institutions seeking to establish Links with local institutions.

  • ii. Provision of Market Feedback

    • This includes updating institutions on educational issues and developments which have a bearing on the enrolment of students. Such developments include trends in the local education scene, education policies and socio-economic changes which would have an impact on recruitment.

  • iii. Support Service to Academic Visitors

    • Scheduling of appointments for visiting academics to explore/forge Links with local institutions for advanced standing articulation and academic partnerships. Staff support at education fairs, exhibitions, seminars and other functions participated by the institutions.

  • iv. Provision of services to students and colleges

    • The pastoral care of the university for its students begins in Malaysia through the service of its representative office, JM Education Counselling Centre. Support service from us include preparing students as adequately as possible prior to leaving for study overseas.

  • v. Alumni Support

    • Over the years, the Company has built up a database of alumni and continues to maintain an essential link with its alumni through alumni receptions, alumni newsletters and promoting alumni networks. We are the secretariat office for University of Hertfordshire Alumni Association, Malaysia.
